Kristina Kaufman

Dr. Kristina Kaufman teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and believes that much of the discussion of business is related to students’ goals and potential future job search.

She adds faith into discussion as students reflect on their values, the values of a future employer, and volunteer opportunities. Kaufman encourages students to collaborate, participate in internships, and volunteer to grow both personally and professionally.

“I want my students to be inspired to pursue something that excites them—to believe that they are supported, and with faith and determination they can supersede great challenges and find gratifying success,” she says. Kaufman engages with students whether through analyzing a Harvard Business Case study or exploring a new grocery store concept.
