CONTACT GRADUATE ADMISSIONS

1. Make your commitment

By submitting this form, you have given consent to be registered for classes and your tuition bill to be processed.
This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

2. Activate your North Park account

  1. After making your commitment, you will receive an email with your new NPU username and password.
  2. You will need to use the Password Reset tool to set your new NPU password.
  3. Once activated, please follow the directions to set up your Multifactor Authentication.

3. Apply for financial aid

  1. If you are a US Citizen or permanent resident, you may be eligible to use federal loans to help fund your graduate degree. To determine eligibility, you’ll need to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  2. In order to maintain eligibility for federal financial aid, you must:
    –Maintain satisfactory progress in your program of study
    –At least half-time attendance (four credit hours per semester for graduate studies) is required.
    –You may not be in default on federal student loans.

4. Register for your first semester

  1. Complete the commitment form and your admission counselor will be in contact with you to register for classes.
  2. In order to be eligible for federal financial aid, you must be enrolled in four credit hours per semester, one quad A course and one quad B course.
  3. Our programs have a course sequence that students must follow in order to graduate on schedule.

5. Complete online orientation (ACSR 500)

Once you have your class schedule, you will be able to complete your Online Orientation class, ACSR 0500. You can do this by logging into your Canvas account with your NPU username and password.

6. Buy textbooks

  1. The book requirements for your courses can be found in your class syllabi.
  2. The online bookstore can be found within your Canvas account or here.
  3. Please be sure to shop around and make sure you are finding the most affordable options for books!

7. Attend orientation

Check your email for details on orientation dates and times.
