The Office of Student Enrichment Services and Support, the Career Development and Internships Office, and numerous other campus departments are here to help North Park students make smooth transitions from high school to university life and on to the world of work or graduate school.
North Park students are invited to participate in a broad spectrum of ongoing activities, ensuring plenty of opportunity for students to connect with one another, as well as faculty and staff, as they explore their personal, academic, and spiritual interests together.
North Park University offers a variety of housing options encouraging students to live on campus. The Residence Life staff encourages students to engage in a variety of community activities, while Campus Security maintains a safe environment for all.
At North Park, we come from various backgrounds and beliefs, yet we share at least two common desires: to become all that we were created to be and to make a difference in the world. University Ministries desires to walk alongside North Park students as we all integrate our faith in God into the ways we learn and live.
Community members at North Park have exclusive access to the incredible 68,000-square-foot Helwig Recreation Center, with its opportunities for sports, recreation, fitness, and wellness. Students, staff, and faculty are invited to cheer on our many Viking Athletics teams throughout the year.
North Park offers a number of health, counseling, and support services to encourage the development of all members of the community and provide resources to help students succeed academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Office of Student Administrative Services provides assistance in course registration, managing academic records and policies, student financial aid, and billing.
North Park's intentionally multicultural community opens the door for students to experience the world from a variety of perspectives. We welcome international, exchange, and English as a Second Language (ESL) students, and encourage North Parkers to broaden their horizons through international travel, study, and service.
Information Technology (previously Computer Services) provides support for technology resources on campus including campus computer labs and printers, networking and wireless access, and student, faculty, and staff account creation.
North Park's full-service dining hall provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with options for vegetarians and other special dietary needs. Also on campus is Viking Café, offering coffee, specialty drinks, sandwiches, and snacks.
The safety and well being of our students and employees are of the highest priority to North Park University. We employ professional security personnel and provide services that include a security escort service, detailed procedures for a number of emergency situations, and tips on how to remain safe on campus and in the city.
