Program Requirements

The master of science in nursing (MSN) degree with a concentration in advanced practice family nursing will prepare students to take the FNP certification exam offered through the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

  • 11 sh of graduate nursing core classes
  • 15 sh of advanced practice core courses
  • 26 sh of FNP specialty courses
