Information Technology coordinates support for Students, Faculty, and Staff through the University Helpdesk and the Information Technology Wiki. We are happy to connect users to a variety of resources, both on and off-campus.

The Helpdesk helps Information Technology, and other departments, track and respond to the issues that are important to you. Contact the IT office if you are experiencing trouble opening a Helpdesk ticket.

The University Wiki is a great resource for information on the technology you will use a student at North Park. Visit the Wiki to find out more about your account and password, cyber security, wireless access, printing, and more.

Students are allotted $20.00 each semester, tracked by North Park’s PaperCut system. The allotted money does not rollover after each semester. You may add more funds using PayPal or a credit/debit card. Learn more about Printing on the IT Wiki.

Microsoft Office 365 is a cloud-based productivity suite that is available to current North Park students. Office 365 includes Outlook Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and more. These tools allow Students, Faculty, and Staff to collaborate on projects with ease. Learn more about Microsoft O365 on the IT Wiki.

High-speed wireless access is offered across campus – available in all buildings as well as covering most outdoor spaces. To learn how students can connect to the NORTHPARK network, use this link to visit the IT Wiki regarding Wireless Access on campus.

All current students are provided with an account and University email address. Admissions should provide you with instructions about how to set up your account for the first time. Students, Faculty, and Staff should contact IT Support Services or create a Helpdesk ticket for assistance with the AV Classrooms and other locations on campus. The Information Technology department is responsible troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for the AV equipped spaces on North Park campus.
