Dr. Renee Watts aims to provide each student the opportunity to learn and strengthen their talents by keeping them engaged, challenged, and inspired during her courses.

Throughout the last 20 years of Dr. Watts’ career, she has served in various management and senior-level executive positions, primarily in the nonprofit sector. Recently, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Little City Foundation, a nonprofit human service agency providing various residential and community-based services to youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In 2021, Crain’s Chicago Business recognized Dr. Watts as one of 54 Notable Leaders in HR due to her talent and experience in the field.
