“Employers and Alumni Tell All” is a series of events that feature industry professionals and North Park alumni who come to campus and share their career stories. Undergraduate students will learn how they got to where they are today and what they wish they would have known before graduation.
We plan series of trips to visit work locations around the city of Chicago, including hospitals, schools, community centers, and corporations. Undergraduate students will learn who these locations hire and how to prepare.
Career Preparation Events
We hold a variety of events that are designed to equip undergraduate students with the professional skills they need before they graduate, including Sophomore Scavenger Hunt, Mock Interview Day, and the Networking Dinner.
The Network Project
The Network Project is a monthly Saturday event series designed to provide access to industry leaders and professional networks to graduate students, adult learners, military students, and alumni. Guest speakers will include executive search firms, Fortune 500 CEOs, visual and performance arts professionals, and political and faith based leadership. Events are held on the first Saturday of each month, excluding December and May.
