Individual Visit Options

School-Year Visits

Your personalized, individual weekday visit during the academic year can include any number of the following options:

  • Take a campus tour
  • Sit in on a class*
  • Attend a campus worship service (Wednesday morning or Sunday evening)*
  • Eat a meal in the dining hall with current students*
  • Meet a coach or professor
  • Cheer on the Vikings at a home game (depending on schedules)*
  • Sit in on a choir or ensemble rehearsal (Monday through Thursday afternoons)*
  • Talk with your recruiter

High school seniors and transfer students also have the option to choose an overnight visit on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights. These are only available during the academic year. Get all the details you need about an overnight visit on our campus.

We encourage you to schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance so we can make sure you have a great experience.

*Option temporarily unavailable.

Register to visit

Schedule your visit online. If you have questions or concerns, give us a call at (800) 888-6728 or (773) 244-5500. The Visit Desk is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please note that the University is closed on major holidays, including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Years Eve and Day.

Saturday Visits

If you choose to visit on a Saturday during the academic year, the options are a bit more limited. You can choose to:

  • Take a campus tour
  • Eat a meal in the dining hall with current students (during the academic year only)
  • Cheer on the Vikings at a home game (depending on schedules)
  • Talk with your recruiter

We aren’t able to offer visit options every Saturday; you can find the available dates here, so you may want to identify a few different Saturdays (or other weekdays) when you are available to visit North Park.

Summer Visits

North Park welcomes prospective students to visit throughout the University’s summer break (May to August), though visit options are more limited. Our campus tours, a highlight of any visit, are at 11:00 am or 2:00 pm most weekdays during the summer, and at 11:00 am on select Saturdays.
