Commuter Students
North Park’s commuter students bring a lot to our campus community. Your Chicagoland savvy gives you an advantage over our new students coming from out of town, and your unique life experiences enrich the classroom experience for everyone.
And Threshold is for you, too! Use this time of transition to get to know your future classmates, the campus, and get ready for a great year at North Park.
Threshold Welcome Week for First-Year and Transfer Commuter Students
There are some specific events designed just for Commuter Students on Threshold Welcome Day and throughout Welcome Weekend. There are plenty of fun, social events planned that to give you a chance to meet your classmates, including those from around the country and the world. There are also some mandatory events that will help make your transition to North Park smooth, so make sure you check out the schedule to see what events are required for all students.
