Primary Instrument or Voice

A degree in performance will focus on your primary instrument or voice through specialized performance and academic courses. You’ll receive the essential training you need from faculty who will mentor you as you reach your own goals. Learn more about the requirements for this concentration, which includes: voice, piano/organ, strings, woodwind, brass, and percussion. 

Performance Opportunities

In addition to plentiful solo performance opportunities, you’ll perform throughout the year in one or more of North Park’s signature ensembles. Concerts are held both on and off campus, with annual events that include the Festival of Lesson and Carols, Performance Awards, Chamber Music Showcase Competition, and Opera Workshop/Production.
