Senior Checkout

Senior checkout is mandatory for all traditional undergraduate graduation candidates. Review the information below to complete your checkout.

Diploma Information

Confirm your diploma name, diploma mailing address, and your name’s phonetic pronunciation at graduation@northpark.edu no later than the end of October for Fall graduates and no later than the end of March for Spring graduates. Additionally, to ensure that you are on track with all of your academic requirements, please refer to your Graduation Audit.

Jostens

Jostens has all you need to commemorate your achievements and memories. Visit Jostens online to shop the ring collection, diploma frames, and more. More details about the Jostens online or in-person sale events will be emailed to you.

Financial Aid

If you have borrowed Federal student loans, you will be required to complete Exit Counseling starting a month before the end of the semester. You will receive an email with details and instructions at that time. Completing the Exit Counseling is required for the release of the diploma. Private/alternative loans are not regulated by the government nor North Park; terms and conditions of repayment are set by individual lenders. If you have any questions, please contact financialaid@northpark.edu.

Student Accounts

A student’s account balance must be paid in full in order for the diploma and official transcripts to be released. If you have any questions about your account charges or balance, please contact studentaccounts@northpark.edu. Unresolved accounts will be assigned to an outside collections agency.

Advancement

Be sure to participate in the long-standing North Park tradition where the senior class gives a gift in the amount of their class year—$20.24. By contributing to the North Park Fund you will provide financial support to the next generation of North Parkers. Make your senior class gift today.

Alumni Relations

We welcome you to the North Park Alumni Association and ask that you update your contact information on North Park’s Alumni Page. Simply click “Login/Sign Up” on the right side of the page and create your alumni profile. (We suggest that you use a personal email rather than your North Park email.) One benefit of creating your alumni profile is that you can utilize the online alumni directory to network with fellow North Parkers. To stay connected, please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Library

All library items will need to be returned before graduation and any lost item charges must be paid. If you have any questions about your library account, please contact Bethany Bates in the Library at bbates@northpark.edu. After graduation, you can apply for a free alumni card that will allow continued access to the library’s print collections.

Bookstore

North Park University Bookstore is the official campus store of North Park University. You can find your North Park gear, including alumni spirit wear, diplomas, gifts, and much more. Please visit the bookstore online.
