Tickets for Commencement

May Commencement

Due to space limitations, tickets are required for the 10:00 am commencement ceremony for traditional undergraduates. Each graduate participating in the commencement ceremony will receive four tickets at rehearsal. We expect a capacity audience for this event. Doors to the Gymnasium, Hamming Hall, and Viking Café will open for ticket holders at 9:15 am. Tickets will not be required after 9:45 am. After 9:45 am, if space permits, ushers will seat guests without tickets.

A limited amount of seating will be available in Viking Café for viewing the ceremony on live video. This option may be advisable for people with small children or anyone who might find climbing the bleachers difficult.

Commencement Ceremony Live Streaming

For individuals who wish to participate in the Commencement ceremony virtually, a live-streaming video will be available at www.northpark.edu/live for both the 10:00 am and 3:00 pm ceremonies. Tune in to watch your graduates walk across the stage and join the social chat to share your comments and congratulations.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony, all course and degree requirements must be completed. Students completing degree requirements in December have the option to participate in the December ceremony or the following May. Students completing degree requirements in August have the option to participate in that December's ceremony or the following May.
